Harinjaka Andriankoto RATOZAMANANA is a New Media Strategist,TH!Nker and Doer based in Madagascar.

In 2007 his work caught the attention of senior management at TED.com (Technology, Entertainment and Design) which offered him a global fellowship recognizing his role as “...an outstanding young developing world leader who has demonstrated outstanding achievement and potential...” 
Andriankoto was TED 40 Inaugural fellow among 850 candidates in 2009 . 
He is the license holder and convener of TEDxAntananarivo and TEDxYouth@Antananarivo since 2009.

In 2009, he travelled to Gabon as a media consultant in advance of presidential elections where he also provided commentary for CNN International News and Global Voices Online and France24.

In 2010, Andriankoto is was part of TH!NK3: Developing world, the third round of the European Journalism Centre's widely acclaimed international blogging competition series.
